Shipping and handling

It takes 1-2 working days for your order to be processed. Our products are shipped from our Swedish warehouse. The time it takes depends on the country it is sent to. You will receive an email with your order confirmation once your order has been placed.

We use different carriers for different countries. Here are some examples:

Sweden - PostNord
Germany - DHL
United Kingdom - Royal Mail

 

Delivery confirmation & order tracking

You will receive a delivery confirmation email once your order has been shipped with your tracking number. Please check your spam folder so it doesn't go astray.

Returns

Should you for any reason want to return your product, you have a 365-day right of withdrawal where you, for whatever reason, get all your money back on returned goods. You as a customer are responsible for the return costs. The product must be unused in its original packaging. The right of withdrawal generally does not apply to customized products.
